8th July. My secret despatch of 28th March. When Shall

be glad to know when I may expect reply to proposal

for erection of hangar for Kaitah Aerodrome jointly with

Air Ministry and tender for it. Until the hangar is available serious development of civil aviation cannot beattempted

and our rivals in commercial aviation in the Far East

will be favoured by delay.
